I am a Senior Property Manager with 29 years of experience in the property management industry. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed multifamily portfolios with a strong focus on operational excellence, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction. My experience includes overseeing budgets, capital improvement projects, vendor partnerships, and day-to-day property operations while protecting and enhancing asset value.

I am known for my hands-on leadership style, strong problem-solving skills, and commitment to accountability and collaboration. I take pride in mentoring and developing team members, improving operational efficiencies, and fostering positive relationships with ownership, staff, and residents.

Outside of my professional responsibilities, I am deeply committed to giving back to my community. I volunteer annually to feed the less fortunate and prepare Thanksgiving dinner bags for families in need. In addition, I mentor young teenage women by offering guidance, encouragement, and support to help them build confidence and make positive life choices.
