Janelle DeGraft is a seasoned real estate professional with over 22 years of comprehensive experience in mixed-use retail and residential property management. Currently serving as a Senior Regional Property Manager at KETTLER for seven years, she brings a strategic focus on financial planning, operational excellence, and capital renovation initiatives that drive sustained portfolio growth and enhanced asset value.

Throughout her tenure at KETTLER, Janelle has successfully led and seamlessly onboarded high-profile projects, including lease-ups and the regional oversight of the J.P. Morgan portfolio. Her expertise in integrating operational strategy with client-focused management has established her as a trusted leader in the industry.

Prior to KETTLER, Janelle held progressive leadership roles with Bozzuto Management Company and AvalonBay Communities, where she honed her expertise in community management, renovation coordination, and customer service excellence. Early in her career, she gained foundational experience at JMG Realty, Inc.

Janelle holds the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is committed to community engagement through her volunteer efforts with the Maryland Food Bank and the Maryland Multi-Housing Association. She resides in Maryland.
