Kay Apartment Communities

Organization Overview

Many apartment companies claim to be different, so how do you separate the hype from reality?

Well, we respect that you’ve done your research and come to us as an informed customer. We don’t try to hard sell anyone and we don’t tempt you with upfront price gimmicks only to surprise you a month or two later when the “special” runs out. We want you to feel good that you’ve rented the right home at a fair price in the best location for your needs.

We manage more than 12,000 apartments in 35 communities, mostly in the Washington, DC suburbs. For more than 50 years, we’ve been locally owned so we’re right here and ready to help!
