Elias Dinzey

Elias Dinzey is Managing Partner of AMR US Commercial Cleaning, a family-owned facility services company supporting professionally managed institutions and property portfolios throughout Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, Ohio, and select national markets. He leads AMR’s growth and operational strategy with an emphasis on documented service standards, measurable quality control, responsive communication, and long-term client relationships.

Elias has completed executive education in negotiation, leadership, ethics, and corporate accountability through Harvard Business School Online, as well as the MBA Accelerator program at ThePower Business School. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Montgomery Coalition for Adult English Literacy and volunteers with an adult ESOL program, supporting educational equity and economic opportunity in the community. His leadership philosophy centers on accountability, continuous improvement, and leaving organizations and communities stronger than he found them.
