Heather Michele Cleaver

I had the pleasure of officially joining the Viper Plumbing team in 2023, less than two years after the company opened. I started as an Administrative Assistant and quickly worked my way up to President within a year. Now, the owner Ron Cleaver and I run the company as a team.

While my background is in healthcare, I've learned a great deal about business management in the last few years. I've played an active role in helping the company grow by forming relationships with property management companies, managing our social media accounts, and becoming a member of 2 associations. My goal is to continue building my skills to ensure the success of Viper Plumbing.
