With seven years of experience in the electronic security industry, Susie Cappetta is the Customer Service Manager and Database & Alarm Monitoring Administrator at Electronic Security Services, Inc. (ESSI). She specializes in delivering exceptional customer service while managing and programming access control systems for commercial residential properties throughout the region. Susie is also responsible for maintaining and administering customer alarm accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and overseeing emergency protocol procedures for life safety systems.

Before joining ESSI in 2018, Susie accumulated over a decade of experience in customer service, information technology, and computer systems, working in both private and public sectors, including federal and local government roles. Her strong technical foundation, combined with her deep commitment to client satisfaction, allows her to bridge the gap between technology and customer needs effectively.

Susie is certified in Brivo, Kantech, ButterflyMX, and Eagle Eye access control and camera systems, equipping her with the expertise to support complex security integrations.
