This session explores solutions to leasing challenges like objections, guidance on how to execute successful closes, and create tailored experiences that resonate with prospects, ultimately enhancing sales effectiveness. The session will also address identifying missed steps in the sales process and providing participants with the tools to recover seamlessly.

Stephanie Oehler

Stephanie Oehler: With over 20 years in multifamily people operations, sales, sales management, training, leasing, property management, performance management and marketing, Stephanie Oehler is passionate about talent development and motivating individuals and teams toward success. She has contributed to AMA News, Rent & Retain Magazine and Multifamily Insiders; and she has spoken at numerous industry events including AIM, VAMA, MRI User Conference, Brainstorming and NAA’s Apartmentalize. Stephanie has also appeared on Multifamily Matters Radio Show, SuperFANTASTIC Exchange, Industry Celebrity podcast, Tradeshow Makeover and TLDCast.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Stephanie dedicates her expertise to various roles: she volunteers with the Arizona Foundation for Women for their She Leads! initiative, serves as Vice Chair for the NAA Tech Committee, guest hosts MFI Webinar Wednesdays and delivers guest lectures at Ball State University. She also served as the inaugural President of the Board for the Arizona Chapter of the Kent State University Alumni Association. Outside of her career, Stephanie enjoys reading, writing and traveling with her husband, Josh, and their three daughters, Maddie, Melanie and Mia.
