2026 Leasing & Maintenance Awards Luncheon

The afternoon program will begin with a combined keynote/general session as lunch is served, followed by the Leasing Professional Awards, Maintenance Professional Awards and a networking reception celebrating the people whose skill and dedication keep communities thriving.

Now in their 14th year, PMA’s Leasing Professional Awards and Maintenance Professional Awards recognize the frontline talent behind exceptional resident experiences, strong community operations and outstanding property performance. This year’s luncheon will bring together nominees, supervisors, teams, sponsors and industry leaders for an energizing afternoon of recognition, storytelling and celebration.

The 2026 Maintenance Professional Awards mark a record-breaking year, with 92 entries from approximately 20 area property management companies. The Leasing Professional Awards also reflect strong industry participation, with 78 entries from 17 property management companies.

Throughout the luncheon, PMA will celebrate the individuals and teams who go above and beyond for their communities, from leasing professionals who connect prospects with their next homes to maintenance professionals who solve problems, support residents and keep properties running smoothly.
