Meet the Facilitator
Erica D’Alessandro, CSEP, is Vice President of Sales at Lux Flooring Specialists, where she is known for building strong, authentic relationships that lead to meaningful, long-term business growth. A seasoned sales leader and connector, Erica specializes in helping professionals navigate networking in a way that feels natural, purposeful, and effective—without the pressure or awkwardness often associated with traditional networking.
Erica is actively involved in the multifamily industry and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Northern Virginia Apartment Association. She is also an engaged member of the Property Management Association and Institute of Real Estate Management Chapter 92, contributing her insight and energy to strengthening professional connections across the region.
