Strong communication is essential to professionalism, trust, team collaboration and the resident experience. In this practical session, Careese Warren, SHRM-CP, will help property management professionals strengthen everyday workplace communication by choosing the right message, method and moment for different situations.

Participants will explore how to communicate with greater clarity, professionalism and purpose across email, phone, text and in-person interactions. The session will also address strategies for navigating difficult conversations with residents and coworkers, including active listening, tone, de-escalation, clarifying expectations and improving communication across teams such as leasing and maintenance.

By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:
