Executive Forum Breakfast

PMA's Executive Forum will meet face-to-face at PMEXPO 2026: #GOALS on Wednesday, March 18, from 9 – 10:30 a.m. at the Prince George’s Sports & Learning Complex.

The breakfast program will begin with a DMV market update presented by Melina Duggal, Senior Director of Market Analytics, CoStar, followed by a roundtable discussion on key issues, challenges, and opportunities. Proposed topics include:

• What are the biggest risks facing your company and what are your strategies to mitigate them?
• What KPIs truly drive performance?
• What are three strategic objectives you want to accomplish in 2026? What’s your approach to achieve them? What would prevent them from being achieved?
• How are you becoming a better leader?
• What parts of your business are being replaced or likely to be replaced by AI, automation or technological advancements?
• What are you doing to motivate your team to go the extra mile? What’s working and what’s falling short?
• Where do you see the most opportunity in 2026 and what are you doing to capitalize on it?
• What is keeping you up at night right now?
