The Booth Awards celebrate exhibitors who raise the bar in creativity, strategy, and engagement. Announced at the Marketing & Advertising Excellence Awards Symposium this October 2026, these awards recognize companies that excel both before and during the show—from generating buzz through impactful pre-show social media campaigns to delivering standout booth experiences on the show floor. Categories highlight excellence in pre-show marketing, promotional creativity, themed booth design, and culminate with Best in Show, honoring the exhibitor who excels across all areas.

• Best Pre-Show Marketing Campaign: The exhibiting company who best highlighted their brand leading up to the show via social media
• Best Promotional Item: The booth has the most creative giveaway prizes, engagement promotions, and tchotchkes. 
• Best Theme Presentation: The booth has the most creative display that ties in best with the theme of the show.
• Best In Show: The booth had the best overall in all of the above categories.

EXHIBITOR BENEFIT: FREE ATTENDEE LIST

The pre-event attendee list will be sent to all registered exhibitors two weeks prior to the show (Wednesday, March 4) by the close of business.

The post event attendee list will be sent within one business day following the event to all exhibitors who complete the exhibitor survey. A link to the survey will be provided on the day of the event, just before the exhibitor moves out.

ATTENDEE LIST SCAM

If you receive an e-mail from a third-party trying to sell an attendee list, this is a scam.

Signs of an attendee list scam:

• The sender's email is not from an official event domain but from a generic address like Gmail, Yahoo, or a suspicious domain.
• They claim to have an attendee list for an event that has strict privacy policies.
• They use vague language and high-pressure tactics, urging you to act quickly.
• Payment methods are suspicious (e.g., gift cards or wire transfers).
• The price seems too good to be true

What to do if you are targeted:

• Don’t Engage: Do not reply to the scammer or click any links.
• Report the Scam: Forward the email to your organization's IT team.
• Warn Others: Share awareness with colleagues and forward the scam e-mail to us.
