Exhibitor Move-In Instructions

We’re thrilled to have you join us! To keep move-in day running smoothly and efficiently, our team will be on-site and ready to support you every step of the way.

Upon Arrival

  • When you arrive at your scheduled time, please check in with the Parking Staff, identifiable by their yellow vests labeled Event Staff. They will guide you to the designated holding lot.

  • Once it is your turn, the parking staff will guide you to the off-loading location.

Move-In Times

  • Move-in times are staggered to help manage traffic flow and space.

  • Please arrive during your assigned time slot, which is based on your booth number.

  • Your specific time will be in your registration confirmation.

  • If you arrive before your time slot, you will be asked to park and wait until your time slot.
