Memorial Scholarship
Honoring PMA Members and Supporting Future Generations
Established in 1991, the PMA Memorial Scholarship was created to honor Property Management Association members who have passed away, while supporting the educational goals of their families.
Each year, the scholarship is awarded in memory of a PMA member whose legacy reflects service, leadership, and commitment to the industry. In 2026, the scholarship honors the memory of Kevin Grady.
Funded primarily through PMA’s Summer Escape, the scholarship is awarded annually to recognize well-rounded students who demonstrate academic achievement, strong writing skills, and involvement in extracurricular and civic activities.
The scholarship provides up to $3,000 toward tuition at any accredited university, college, technical, or vocational school for children and grandchildren of PMA members in good standing.
