David Ferrara brings 15+ years of expertise as a facility services professional. As the Sr. Director, Mid-Atlantic for ABFS, a leading national integrated facility services provider, he is responsible for operational excellence, quality and customer satisfaction across the Mid-Atlantic region.
David's extensive background encompasses engineering, sustainability and property management. His leadership has been instrumental in managing teams, projects and assets for a diverse clientele, including Carr Properties, NAPE Educational Foundation and Douglas Development. He holds a plethora of credentials, such as a Virginia HVAC Masters License, Certified Energy Auditor and Certified Building Commissioning Professional, in addition to being a LEED Accredited Professional and a Licensed Steam Operating Engineer. David is committed to implementing innovative and sustainable solutions that enhance the performance and value of facilities.
Louis Ematchoua holds an Associate’s degree in Thermal Energy and brings several years of experience in the property management industry. His career progression includes roles as a service technician, assistant service manager, and service manager at companies like Morgan Properties and Polinger Company.
In 2019, Louis founded Appliance Rescue, LLC and is an authorized service provider for leading brands such as Samsung, Dacor, LG, U-Line Refrigeration, Marvel, Asko, Fulgor, and Z-line, among others.
