Leadership & Communication Strategies for Today’s Workforce
Join Us Virtually
Managing a multigenerational team can be one of the greatest opportunities—and challenges—leaders face today. Different generations often bring distinct experiences, expectations and perspectives on communication, feedback, technology and leadership. Without the right approach, those differences can create frustration and misunderstanding. With the right tools, they can strengthen collaboration, engagement and performance.
Join Lisa Banks of Optify for Managing Across Generations, a practical and engaging webinar focused on helping leaders better understand the dynamics shaping today’s workforce. You’ll explore common friction points, learn how to adapt your leadership and communication style, and discover strategies for building stronger connections across generations.
Rather than relying on stereotypes, this session will help you lead with greater curiosity, flexibility and intention—creating an environment where employees of every generation can contribute, grow and succeed.
