PMEXPO 2027: Exhibitor Booth Set-Up Day

BOOTH SETUP DAY: Wednesday, March 17

✨ To help us make your PMEXPO experience even more successful, we are requiring each booth to register ONE PERSON in advance for Booth Set-Up Day.

How It Works:
To prevent traffic jams at the loading dock and ensure a smooth setup, move-in times are pre-assigned based on your booth number (see Move-In Schedule tab).

Action Required:
Even though your time is already assigned, EVERY exhibitor MUST register to acknowledge and accept their assigned time slot.

Important Guidelines for Registration:

1. Register only ONE name per booth.
2. This does NOT have to be a booth rep coming for the show. It simply needs to be the name of the primary person who will be handling moving logistics for your booth.
3. One name covers your entire team. Even if multiple people are helping you move in, we only require one contact name for confirmation and safety tracking.

All exhibitors must setup their booth on Wednesday, March 17. The loading dock will not be open in the morning the day of the show. If you are unable to make your assigned booth time, you must contact Jasmine Street in advance.
