PMEXPO Leadership Development Program Seminar

As part of PMA’s Leadership Development Program, this session will feature new content designed to build on the program’s core leadership principles. Facilitated by Lisa Banks and Fasika Melaku, the discussion will explore practical leadership strategies that participants can apply in their day-to-day roles.

Current cohort participants will continue their learning through this session, and Leadership Development Program alumni are encouraged to attend, as the material presented will be entirely new. The session will provide an opportunity to reconnect with fellow graduates, engage in meaningful discussion, and continue strengthening leadership skills within the PMA community.
