2025 PACE Evaluations - Now Available in PACE Portal

Thank you again for your patience as team PMA finalized the 2025 PACE Awards evaluations. We are pleased to share that evaluations are now available in the PACE Portal.

 

The individual who submitted the PACE entry—most often the property manager—should log in to access the evaluation materials. If the primary point of contact for a community has changed since the entry was submitted, please reach out to me and I will be happy to assist you.

As you look ahead, the 2026 PACE entry form will be available by the end of the year. To help make the evaluation process more efficient for both judges and participants, next year’s program will follow stricter deadlines. We encourage you to begin planning early to ensure your communities don’t miss the opportunity to participate and to take advantage of the lowest possible entry fee.

 

In the meantime, I look forward to seeing many of you at Activate PMA as we kick off another exciting year together—and I hope you’ve already saved the date for PMEXPO 2026: #GOALS. We are also actively recruiting property managers to serve on the PACE, Program & Seminar, and PMEXPO Committees.
